Description: This item was built to demonstrate which pieces are included to assemble the house. The home will ship disassembled to avoid high shipping costs. The photos of the assembled house demonstrate its condition and all the available pieces. Part of the fun of PLAYMOBIL is having your little one build the house, with adults supervising younger children. I have printed out a 30+ page color-building guide, which I compiled and placed in the orange folder shown in the last photos. The assembly instructions for this #5300 home are also available online at PLAYMOBIL.com. Some pieces are not fully disassembled, including but not limited to window trim, windows, door frames, gable vents, and door hinges. Condition: Good Vintage ConditionOne of the blue curtains has a stain.Three gold spires are missing on top of the dome roof accents (see photos). The two doors leading to the outside are missing door knobs. One of the iron fences that surround the top of the house is missing. The hole covers for the stairways are missing. One white window box planter is missing.Five soil inserts are missing for window boxes.Flowers are missing for seven of the windows (see photos). You can change the planters, flowers, and soil in the windows you prefer, but the photos give you an idea of the missing flowers, soil inserts, and the window box. Regarding the flowers that go on the clusters of green stems:12 of the 32 green stems are available.20 of the 64 pink flowers are available.20 of the red flowers are available.23 of the 64 white flowers are available. Please see the complete build to understand how this affects the window planters and the overall look of the home. Some of the paper lining the walls no longer fully sticks, and some show signs of bending, warping, and staining due to age. Playmobil used stick-on glue tabs for this. It would be fun to replace the old paper with wallpaper or contact paper to create your own designs or leave the walls bare. The sticky dots that come with Playmobil to stick on the wallpaper are not available. One clock is on one of the walls, but the house does not come with the photos, frames that stick to the wall, or any of the Playmobil figures. One of the iron grates that sits on top of the entryway roof shows signs of shiny glue residue. Other than that, the house is complete. The house and fabric curtains have been cleaned (one of the curtains has a permanent stain, as shown in the picture). A more fine-tuned, detailed cleaning might be necessary to the owner's liking, possibly requiring q-tips in crevices. One of the floorboards has brown scuff marks that I was not able to remove (please see photos). All parts have been individually packaged in plastic, grouped, and labeled with part numbers. These were further separated into bigger overbags, according to the Playmobil page guide online. The compilation includes six overbags that will ship with cushion separation. High Shipping fee is due to item weighing in at 18 pounds! Furthermore the item box measures 22 x 17 x16. This is considering the item is disassembled. Item would be much more if the house was completely built because the box would stand much taller. I have also spent a lot of time building the item for pictures, cleaning item, disassembling item, labeling all parts and printing out colored manual and colored pages of all parts. Thanks for looking! Please let me know if you have any questions.
