They have an enamel over the metal, so there are areas where the enamel has chipped off and tarnishing has begun. They are in overall good, pre-owned condition with wear/tear and discoloration/tarnishing from age and prior usage. Being a metal item, they have some dents and dings on them, particularly on the bottom rims. See pictures for best idea of condition. Items come from a smoke free home.
