Description: Here we have a vintage Olin metal advertising farm thermometer from the “Mexico Elevator Co.” in Mexico, Indiana. Mexico is one of the oldest communities in Indiana established in 1834. Prior to 1981 the elevator was a co-op, and it is still operating as an elevator. There is a paint loss on the front but it still can be read. Otherwise it is in great condition with good paint and no dings, dents or corrosion. Please see the photos for the best look. It will display well and is a pretty rare “Elevator” collector thermometer. Measurements are13” high x 3 5/8” wBe sure to view all the photos.
