Description: This is an authentic vintage handmade Amish woman's bonnet. It belonged to an Amish Lady by the name of LUCY BEILER of Lancaster County Pennsylvania, and the name tag remains on the interior of the hat. The bonnet is made of black polyester fabric gathered toward the back of the deep brim and also gathered along the back of the ruffled neck and has ties at the front. There is a black hard shell plastic liner on the interior which keeps the form of the bonnet perfectly. It is in excellent condition. Measures 9-1/2" from the peak at the top to the bottom of the ruffle at the back. 7" deep front side edge to back of hat.
