The inscription on one side reads “van Rossem’s Toeback Anno 1750.” The jar is marked underneath with Letters V.R. and “Delft, Hand painted, HOLLAND.” Depicts flowers and scroll work, and a Colonial scene. Including the brass/copper cover with old yellow humidor. Measurements: 6 1/2'' Tall with lid x 5 1/4'' Tall without lid x 4 1/4 '' D lid x 6'' in Diameter at widest part x 4'' in Diameter at bottom Weight: 1,35 Lb The inscription on one side reads “VAN ROSSEM's TOEBACK ANNO 1750'' Stamped underneath V.R. “Delft, Hand painted, HOLLAND.” Great condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or repair, some wear on top of the lid, some crazing, some patina on the lid, some light wear consistent with age and use, no damage or visible wear.
