Description: VINTAGE oil/Board Winter Steam Snowscape, Signed H. Morgan 84- I believe this to be the well listed Artist Henry Morgan but have not had it authenticated This is up to you the buyer. The outside frame measures approx. 13 X 16 and the board measures approx. 11 X 14 inches This painting is signed in the lower right-hand corner. What's wrong with it? Painting is in need of a really good cleaning- some minor paint loose and crackling. The frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, and dings and paint loose and needs a good cleaning as well.
