Description: This vintage Obori Soma ware Somayaki set of two double-walled, crackle-glaze finish teacups or sake cups and a matching creamer or small pitcher is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, or fading to the hand painted gold features. The cups stamped "Made in Japan" measure 2 7/8-inches in height and has a 2.75-inch diameter mouth. The creamer or small pitcher measures 3.25-inch in height, measures 4.25-inches from spout to edge of handle, and has a 2 5/8-inch diameter mouth. This set comes from a smoke-free home.
