Description: Mid-Century Stangl Pottery Teapot with original lid. It is 10.5" long handle to spout and 5" tall to top of the dark green domed lid with white/ivory handle lid. The spout has had a slice/chip repaired and has a couple of tiny nickes around the spout edge. A tiny nick where the lid rests and all-over crazing. The lid has a tiny nick, a crack and a very tiny nick right where the green and brown meet on the brown part outside edge that goes inside the pot, and a flea bite nick on the top green part. The rose/pink thistle flower with dark & light green leaves is on both sides of the teapot. The base is stamped Stangl Pottery, Trenton NJ and Thistle. This teapot was used so trying to describe accurately the minor condition issues. Please check out my other Stangl Thistle dishes listed as shipping can be combined.
