Description: Vintage Mexican Hand Painted Skirt 1940s 50s? Adjustable Side Tie Cotton Skirt. Beautiful Mexican girl print skirt! I've never seen one like this! The print on the back is similar to the front. This is a very vintage or antique style from my research, most likely 1940's. The sides are adjustable and could fit S-M. But see my measurements for more information. Measurements: 14" one side across top Length: 29" Condition: Very good overall vintage condition *With a small area with cuts that have been mended with fabric tape to avoid them from becoming bigger. See last 2 photos. There is no fabric tag but appears to be cotton. Hand painted and will have paint imperfections throughout as well as random splatter from the colors. One side of the side ties is shorter on one end of each side. Ready to wear and was CAREFULLY hand washed in gentle soap and air dried flat. No color loss at time of washing. Would recommend dry cleaning from this point forward to continue it's preservation. I'm unsure if any past alterations were made. In my care there was not. It's a very unique piece for any collector these types of Mexican hand painted skirt collectables.
