Would be a great 90s Friends Monia costume with a white tee under it or just a super hot dress by itself. Good condition. Was sitting in a bag new with tags for several years. I just removed the tags to wash it. Armpit to armpit approx 16.5". Waist approx 15" across. Top of chest to bottom approx 34" Although it was freshly laundered, stray pet hair or my hair might be present. Also, it is now shoved into a bag w new wrinkles, awaiting your love.
