Description: VINTAGE Jesus Crucifix Scene Conch Shell Coral Florida Souvenir Religious 1970s This is an AMAZING VINTAGE 1970s Florida seashell souvenir. The souvenir consists of a large beige conch shell that has been sliced in half. In the center of the slice is a plastic metallic Jesus crucifix on an acrylic cross. Inside the shell is a sticker that says "Florida." The shell is embedded in plaster that has been painted to resemble sand. Also in the plaster are 2 pieces of coral that have been dies red and a small clam shell that can act as a pool for holy water. The effect is AWESOMELY KITSCHY! The entire thing is 6 inches tall, 4.75 inches long and 4.25 inches wide. This is an amazing piece of 1970s kitsch memorabilia. It is in VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION! There are no chips or cracks to the conch shell or the plaster. The corals is missing a few tiny pieces, but everything else is excellent!
