Sadly, it is not complete as one of the items in the set is missing from it. I believe it to be a pair of scissors. What I do know is that the 4 pieces that are in the set are in very good condition. The case is also in relatively good shape. It has no rips or tares and the front flap clasp works as intended. The elastic straps on the inside of the case are loose and have lost some of their tension. I am told that these kinds of tools are what is used to keep and care for Bonsai trees and similar garden flora. I was unable to determine the meaning of the inscription on the little cleaver. The blades are quite sharp. I could not determine who made these things. Maybe the inscription on the cleaver is some kind of and identifying mark.
