Description: A lovely length of heavy upholstery-weight fabric . It features an American eagle atop the 1776 date surrounded by decorative medallions, flowers and leaves. It was designed to resemble 18th century jacquard fabric used for coverlets. The top side shows red pattern on cream or ivory ground. The condition is very good. We note some color transfer at one of the edges, most visible on the top side where the red has bled into the cream ground just at the right selvage of the fabric (see photos). 50” wide x 214" long (5.9 yards)
