Description: Up for auction is a CLASSIC Gump's Jade and 14k Gold Rondelles and Spacers Pendant and Necklace. LOVELY and VERY RARE necklace and pendant. Compromised of jade and an octagonal-shaped jade pendant. GORGEOUS Chinese design clasp that is 14k yellow clasp and has a safety latch. Originally purchased from Gump's in San Francisco many years ago. Clasp is marked, "14k 585 CH (in a diamond shape.)" The pendant is marked, "14k 585." The pendant itself measures 2 3/8"L (from top of bale to bottom of pendant) by 1 13/16"W by 5/16" deep. Pendant has a CLASSIC Greek Key design on the side. The pendant is compromised of 3 individual jade pieces that fit together and inside each other. The pieces move and are not mounted together and never were. The necklace itself measures approximately 24 1/2" L (with the clasp closed. The entire necklace and pendant together weighs approximately 92 grams. Each round jade bead is about the same size, which is approximately 5/16"W. The small 14k gold rondelles measure approximately 1/16"W. The ribbed 14k gold spacers measure approximately 3/16"W by 5/16"L. It has been worn a few times, but has been stored away in a safe in a non-smoking home. This piece is pre-owned and shows wear. I did not attempt to have the piece buffed. I will leave that to the winning buyer if they desire...some people like the original patina. Pictures of actual item. Shipping is $50.
