Description: Vintage Green Turquoise Ring SZ 7.75 Oval Navajo Native American S. Yellowhorse This is a great ring that's all about an exquisite turquoise stone. The turquoise reminds us of that which comes from either the King's Manassa mine in Colorado or the Royston Mine in Nevada. On first glance at the underside, it appears like the shank is adjustable. However, it is not because both ends to the shank are soldered to the ring face. On one side of the stone, the artist affixed an applique section that has attractive hand stamp work. The ring is a size 7.75. The shank is about 1/4" wide. The ring face is 5/8" by 3/4" by 3/16" deep. It weighs 9.4 g. The artist's hallmark is "SY" with a copyright symbol, indicating long-time silversmith Steve Yellowhorse. This ring is new old stock, a piece coming from prior store inventory.
