Description: Very nice pair of vintage torchiere lamps in very good condition. The original glass shades have raised design throughout and are 16" diameter. One of the shades has 2 miniscule nips on the top edge that are merely a roughness. The lamps are height adjusting from a low setting of 60" to a max of 73". These have 3 way switches, mogul sockets, and good wiring. Bulbs not included. The finish on the metalwork is a dark bronze tone. The shade holders have nice openwork that allows light to penetrate. The supporting shafts are reeded. The lower (larger) shaft stands on an ornate cast metal ornament which then is on a section of bakelite held between to cast metal caps above and below.
