Vintage Fragonard W Germany Courting Couple Scene AB Rhinestone Clip On Earrings

Description: Up for sale is a pair of vintage W Germany clip on earrings featuring a lovely scene of a courting couple on a glass cabochon set in a goldtone filigree border with two AB Rhinestone accents. As Is as found condition. Scene is signed Fragonard. One has some bubbling to the couple scene, see last photo, hard to photograph but can see some of the tiny raised spots. Only minor color loss and wear observed to couple scene. Filigree metal and prongs have wear and dark marks/areas. Rhinestones intact. No noticeable chipling observed. Some wear to AB finish. One has a line around center, looks like a flaw in the AB coat. Clips both work. Signed W. Germany. Surface scratching, wear and some finish loss. It looks like there was some sort of coating/black finish on front and back metal. Patchy in areas and appears to have flaked off in several spots. Tops of both Earrings are a bit indented. In all of my listings, I include at least one photo that shows the item next to a ruler. I strongly urge you to look at this closely to make sure you have a good feel for how big or small the item actually is. Items are packed carefully to make sure they arrive to you safely.
