Chair is made from quilled or scrolled tin, cut into thin strips and fashioned into the ornate decorative shape of the chair. The seat feels like velvet. Back is 4" wide and entire chair is 6-3/4" high. Condition: nice, shows age and use on the tin, which if you look closely, also shows parts of printed letters from what the tin piece was that was cut and quilled. Although some of these articles were painted after made, this one was left in its original state.
