Description: This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that has a cross and anchor on the front. It was enameled in blue; there is some wear to the enamel. There are initials beautifully engraved on the back. The seams of the heart are sealed, and there are no dents or dings. It is marked sterling on the back, and has a great patina. It measures just over 3/4 of an inch high and just over 1/2 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.8 grams. I do combine shipping charges, if you buy more than one item.
