Description: What an amazing find! This piece has some dust, dirt, debris and age too it but after a good cleaning it's back to the glory days. Lights up as intended. No chips or cracks but as mentioned, it could use some cleaning. The piece built into the meter does move / turn a bit and if you tighten it, it doesn't perfectly line up so I believe it was built to be able to rotate but not 100% certain.
