Description: This gorgeous item is a 23 year old (2000) solid oak Scotch Whisky barrel end from the iconic Dalmore distillery in Alness, Highlands.It’s marked within the name of the distillery, the cask number, and the year it was filled. Casks are regularly reused so it may be much older than 2000.Distilleries typically no longer stencil the casks in this way so this is completely authentic and completely unique.It would make a beautiful and unique wall hanging, table, or a large serving tray.It’s been cleaned and given a coat of protective varnish. Other than that it is exactly as it came from the barrel. It is in incredible condition for its age.To find a piece this age, in such excellent condition, is extremely rare. This is an absolutely unique item and would make a fantastic table or tray, or decoration for a bar or man cave.It has oak battens on the back to strengthen and support it. Comes fitted with wire for hanging.Approx 53 cm diameter.
