Description: On the inside of bag, at the top of both side panels, it appears the bag has been repaired where the liner tore. You can still see a little bit of the foam. Feels like glue was used. See images. The large pocket on the back side- if you lift up the flap you can see the foam. This appears to be the way it is made. See Photo 20. There is a small brown stain on the outside on one of the sides. There are several pictures of this. Measurements in photos. Comes with the blue changing pad. It is a little wrinkled.
