Thanks to a fellow eBayer, I found out that this one is by Napco- there are only remnants of a silver oval sticker on the bottom. Wings are perfect. There is 1 repair to the lower petal on the red flower on the front of her dress. It's a pretty good repair and is not that noticeable (if at all) to the naked eye.
