Description: Vintage, Ada Lum Dolls were handmade in Hong Kong and depict the traditional outfits of Chinese culture. This doll represents a woman dressed in the traditional black outfit of a Hakka farmer. Her hair is twisted into a bun, half of which is wrapped in red yarn. The doll stands 14 inches tall, has a soft cloth body and a hand embroidered face. Clothing is removable. Doll includes 2 piece outfit, shoes, and hat. She was purchased from the Ada Lim shop in Hong Kong in 1983. This doll and clothing is in good condition without fading. Some minor age spots on cloth of face and several pin-holes in the fabric of hat. Photos are part of the description.
