Description: Here's an original UNUSED "CHESTERFIELD CIGARETTES" DUMMY PACKAGE. Cardstock item assembles to be used for advertising displays and in vending machines. Not dated but I think it's post-WWII; the facsimile printed tax stamp has "Twenty" on the box front. Marked on back of box as "Dummy Package for Display Purposes Only". When assembled, the box is approximately 2 3/4" tall, 2 1/8" wide and 3/4" thick. Obviously will ship flat as shown in the photos. See photos for a closer look. This NOS piece has never been assembled. Vivid unfaded color. There's a slight insect damage to the top flap which, of course, isn't visible when assembled. Very attractive!
