And finding written material or books are almost impossible. These 1963 gift sets were exclusive to Sears as a specially priced in-store introduction of Midge, not available through catalog sales. Apparently there were multiple variations of outfit pieces and PAK items included, seemingly comprised of whatever Mattel was clearing out from its excess stock.
