Description: Vintage "AX" Madame Alexander unbreakable /vinyl/rubber/plastic Doll Large Adorable. Vintage "AX" Madame Alexander unbreakable/vinyl/rubber/plastic Doll Large Adorable. She is in overall good condition. The issues I noticed was someone allowed a plastic panty to melt/dry rot on her, I didn’t try to remove that because I didn’t know how to without messing it up. Someone that is good with doll restoration experience would be be better to do this. Also, there is a stitch loose on one side of her neck or that’s what it looks like to me. There’s a little fuzz on the other side, but when I took the picture I seen it and most of that came off. The arms and legs appear to be in good condition. I didn’t see any tears or holes. They are a soft, vinyl rubber material. Her eyes open and close as they should. Her eyes are clean. She has top lashes and drawn on bottom lashes. Lips are painted red with 2 little teeth showing. Her head is in good condition. May have some light scuffs/scratches. I am not sure what her head is made out of. She is very old and has been around for a very long time. Her neck is marked AX—early madame Alexander dolls from what I read that means she is from 1920s-1940s. She does have on a pair of shoes and socks. I believe these may be original.
