The pedestrians are in distress, hats have been blown off and umbrellas turned inside out. An old naval officer inspects a young woman whose legs are defined by wind blown petticoats. It is raining. Printed in the 1950's 12.75" x 9.5" Print is in excellent condition, although there is one tiny spot in the upper middle above the colored print. Not noticeable with the matting.It is set on a double mat, ivory outer with gold inner, with the imprint information, please see last photo for what's printed on the back side of the mat.
