Description: This vintage 4 piece carving set from Anton of Solingen Germany is a true gem for collectors and enthusiasts alike. The set features beautifully crafted handles, each with a unique antler design. The box is included but it is is only fair condition with taped corners, rips and stains. It however has done its job well because the carving set within is spectacular!! The knives have the manufacturers marks. The largest knife is approximately 17” long. The other knife is 9” long. The blades of both knives have an engraved, colored forest scene including deer with antlers. The knife sharpener is 13” long. The fork is 11” long. These utensils do not show much( if any wear) Please check all the pictures for more details. There appears to be shadows on the reverse side of the large knife in the pictures- so sorry. This blade is shiny and bright and there is no pitting or markings. The brand is well known for its quality and this set is no exception. Made in Germany, it is a testament to the country's reputation for excellence in handcrafted items.
