This mouse is a bit awkward to use for me because, instead of moving the mouse to move the cursor, you move the trackball on top with your fingers. This is more suitable for CAD than general use or gaming.Designed for right-handed users. This mouse has a thumb button on the left side which seems to correspond to the left mouse button. It also has two buttons on the right side which, according to a description I read, are programmable with frequently-used commands. The two scroll wheels can apparently scroll either up/down or left/right, depending on which is used. In practice, when I tried the wheels in MS Paint, one wheel zoomed the image in 1 step increments (roughly 10%) while the other did it in 2 steps at a time.The fact that this doesn't need to be moved to use the cursor means the user won't need a mousepad.
