Description: Very Rare 80s 1984 Talking Heads vs. Television UK Channel 4 Promotional T Shirt. In 1984, David Byrne helped put together a TV special on the Talking Heads for U.K. TV’s Channel 4, a 68-minute mix of live material filmed at Wembley Arena, interviews with the band, TV news clips, commercials and other various bits of found footage and sound — sort of a visual version of My Life in the Bush of Ghosts set to a live concert soundtrack. Produced by the Channel 4 in 1984, this film includes material from the Wembley Arena, London concert of 1982 and its soundcheck. Shirt features The Talking Heads black and white revised Ying Yang face graphic. Has Talking Heads band name. UK Channel 4 Television logo over graphic. Shirt has single stitch sleeves and bottom hem. Shirt is nice and soft and thin. On a Screen Stars by Fruit of the Loom tag. Great condition! Some minor cracking on the graphic but no pieces missing.
