Personal note: My mother was an avid jigsaw enthusiast and the owner/collector of jigsaws. Most of the puzzles she had she purchased for the images/content and/or because the pieces easily remained locked together. Springboks were her favorites. Her favorite images were puzzles of old dolls and had nearly a dozen professionally framed and hung them in her bedroom. Cataracts and a form of dementia made jigsaws harder for her to complete and so she stopped working them or buying them about ten years ago.
