Description: Vintage 40s ROSEN / ROSBRO / TICO TOY Hard Plastic Sinister Evil ELF Ornament. Scary little guy made in the 1940s by one of the companies listed above. It depends upon which reference book you consult. I wonder if he was a modern, MidCentury tribute to the scary Krampus ornaments from way back when. Elf is holding toys in each arm. Some mild age related wear. That in itself is pretty amazing as he is 70-80 years old. No breaks or repairs. Please see pics for best description, condition and size approximation.
