Description: Vintage 30s - 50s Evening Bags Purses Compacts As Is Lot of 4Four beauties, all flawed in various ways and great for fixing, repurposing, reinventing, or upcycling. 1.The oldest one is a mesh sack c1930s in a microbeaded fabric with the top and bottom open. The colors and pattern of the flowers and villa building are vibrant with no missing beads that I can find.5" x 5"2.The 50s ivory satin top handle purse is embroidered in an elaborate pink, white, and silver beadwork pattern. Opens on a hinged body and closes with a kiss clasp in pearly beads, it has a chain strap. Interior is quite clean and bears the label "Made in France for Marshall Field & Co", Its flaw are the missing beads at the rear, right side as pictured. 6.5" x 5" without the strap3. 1950s black beaded purse is a gorgeous microbead with a delicate floral pattern in pink, blue, and ivory. The top of the frame is stunningly set with beads and pink enamel. Opens on a hinge, the interior is in black satin, has a slit pocket and bears the label of a store in Paris called "Freddy". Snakechain handstrap completes the look. The issue with this one is that it doesn't stay locked in that the frame sections don't catch. 4. The most spectacular piece is the metal, box like compact in the shape of a mini, rectangular purse, with a little handle and a black satin case that has a pocket at the rear. The front is a very art-deco style design of metal, clear rhinestones, and a red stone. It opens to reveal a mirror and various makeup compartments. Stamped as Volupte USA on one of the tops of the metal components at the interior. There are two flaws with this one: the box is a bit misaligned if you look at the top left corner, and one of the clear rhinestones at the front design is missing. 4.5" x 3.5"
