Description: This is an original vintage (mid-20th century) three-tier Chippendale style mahogany wall shelf featuring turned spindle frame with pointed finials on top at all four corners and a large scalloped crest along the top shelf. Condition is very good. The entire piece is sturdy, solid, and fully functional but there is some minor light surface wear (few scuffs and scratches) and a couple cracks in the spindles where the shelves attach, which have been glued. Nothing is loose and it can be hung securely on the wall by the two small metal hangers on the back. It is not made to stand alone, it is too wobbly for that. The shelf measures 19" L x 5 1/4" D x 19 1/2" H and there is 6 1/2" of space between the shelves. It will be packed securely and fully insured during shipping.
