Pretty Sure this is Prewar and off Popes top end bike like a Superbe, a very cool fender, I think its off a 1937 or 1938 Westfield. Fender is used, pretty straight, a Nice Survivor, has original paint with nice patina, may still have tiny dents, there are pictures of the edges to inspect, brace has a crack in the middle hole, still attached but barely.
