Description: 1983 TULSA HURRICANE vs San Diego State Football Game Program - September 3 This is a pre-owned 1983 Tulsa Hurricane football program vs San Diego State Aztecs. John Cooper was the head coach at this time. He went on to coach Ohio State and then Arizona State. One of the assistant coaches was Lovie Smith, who made coaching stops at several colleges before once being head coach of the Chicago Bears, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and University of Illinois. He is now the head coach of the Houston Texans. This program contains several advertisements from the era, including USFL, Lee jeans with Tony Dorsett, Foot Locker with Wilt Chamberlain, Bic with John McEnroe, Gatorade, and several others. I am not in the business of grading, so please review the photos for the EXACT item you are purchasing or offering on. This program is not completely flat but it can be if stored flat or with other magazines/programs. As far as I can tell, all pages are present and there is no writing in the program. The binding of this program is used but still intact. Shipping is USPS Parcel Select due to the weight of the program. This program will be bagged with backing and shipped between two pieces of cardboard before being placed in a bubble mailer. Please send any questions. Thanks.
