I assume there were 12 of all the plates and bowls in the original set, and a few didn't survive the decades. The same applies to the coffee cups. The original set probably came with 8, and now there are 7. Both sets together weigh 57 pounds without packaging. These will ship in two boxes for safety and I don't know how to get the shipping estimate to factor in multiple packages. Shipping cost is subject to change within a reasonable range (+/-15%).
