This young actress is unidentified but starred in the 1962/63 off broadway musical off Anything Goes with Steve Lawrence, Dorothy Loudon and Bill Hayes. Very well done with impeccable detail and good capture of light, depth and emotion. Medium is oil pastels on hand laid paper done in a Realist style. Signed by the artist George Rodgers at the base. Protected behind glass and framed in a sleek vintage black painted wood frame and ready to hang. Provenace comes from a collection of portraits done of the cast of the 1962/63 off Broadway performance of the musical Anything Goes which this celebrity starred in.
