Description: A unique vintage women's hat, called a whimsy. Just a lightweight bit of black netting, to sit on top of the head (pinned in place), trimmed with fabric flocked daisies and leaves. Small black velvet bows on the center top and in the back. From the 1950s. Daisies are arranged on a wire, and it can be bent as needed to arrange the flowers. In excellent vintage condition, some of the daisies are a little darkened in the pale yellow center, but it is perfectly wearable. No tears in the netting. Daisies should probably be steamed, some are a bit misshapen, and also to get some creases out of the netting if desired. No size tag or brand. A unique addition to a vintage outfit.
