I'm not professional grader but the magazine appears to be in fair - good condition. The cover has some tearing and discoloration. It has the original mailing label on the top right hand corner. The bindings look good. The advertising pictures are crisp. One of the pages had a small picture cut-out (picture #10). The item is sold as is. Please review all pictures before bidding.
