Description: This vintage Royal De Luxe manual typewriter (serial #A746351) comes in very good cosmetic condition, with minor overall finish wear (does have numbers etched along the back edge of the ribbon cover), some discoloration (darkening) to the letters on the key buttons, and very light soiling from previous use and storage (see pictures). The unit is in solid working condition, with good action on all the keys and carriage movements. The unit has a usable ribbon installed (additional ribbons available on eBay and elsewhere for under $10). The unit dates to 1938. It has a classic body style, with a textured matte black finish, plated accents, and metal-trimmed glass-topped black keys marked with white letters. It features a 10-pitch (Pica) type size. The typewriter comes with the original case in very good overall condition (light scuffs, edge wear, and soiling).
