Please allow me to define “Working” once the shaver’s power cord is connected to the shaver and plugged into the power outlet, the shaver motor starts and turns, as it did when made, in some cases over 70 plus years ago. Vintage electric shavers display extremely well, especially when complete. I don’t use or recommend that you use vintage shavers for shaving purposes.
