It is in very good condition showing normal signs of wear. The inside is stamped 10K and IRU BL, which means the sapphires have been heated, which is common with sapphires. These are genuine, not lab created sapphires. The stones are a dark blue. The ring size is ~5.5. Please note that the band has a small "flattened" section from normal wear as shown in the pictures.
