In 1923, Realite merged with Autopoint, and this is a rare example of a dual-labelled mechanical pencil from the beginning of that merger. Pencil body is imprinted with "REALITE - Patd and Pats Pend Made in USA - AUTOPOINT Co Chicago" (See photo #5) Advertising reads; H. H. WEIDMAN - PETERS SHOES LAMER HOTEL - SALINA, KANS. Pencil works, and does have some lead in it.
