Trimmed with black ostrich feathers that are interspersed with gold tinsel, the fabric features several bottles of champagne, champagne glasses, red ribbon, fireworks and other celebrations. Two long black tule ties to fasten under your chin. The hat is 15" tall and 14" wide. The inside measurement is approximately 7" at the base of the cone. New and unused.
