Batteries - I apologize don't normally ship with batteries most devices will not have the batteries in them (unless I get it with good batteries already installed. Expensive Items - Anything that is high priced enough to be at risk of damage or theft I will be placing USPS Signature Service on the item (most of the time at my cost) please be available to sign for it or make arrangements. If delivery is not possible due to the customers mistake this cost/fee from the USPS may not be refundable - case to case basis. Guarantees - I offer 30 day free returns and 60 days on some items with few exceptions mainly international (these fees are out of my control so just not practical). Any problems or issues in shipping or damage I work with the individuals to correct the problem. If there is a problem do not hesitate to let me know. Sometimes packages are delayed though the shipping company and I may not yet be aware of the problem. Returns I follow eBay rules and stay within there platform for all returns. I ask customers return items in original condition sent to them. If you want an Item that is not allowed in your location than do not buy it. I try to stay within all international rules but cant keep up with all of them so you may find many Items not available international and that is why. I do my best to reduce cost for my customers I use used boxes and mailers when possible and try to keep weight down to reduce mailing cost. Please keep in mind I have to drive to the shipping location when boxes are larger. I am dedicated to preserving the environment, reducing the waste as much as possible.
