The box frames are made from solid, Red Cedar (the back panel is made from 1/8” plywood). They are finished with two coats of a people friendly Beeswax finish that is hand rubbed. As these boxes are a natural product the appearance and color may vary slightly from the photos in the listing. The box has two amazingly simple and effective locks included at no additional cost. The locks do not require special fobs or electronic devices to operate (so, no oops my battery is dead or where is that special fob). These Key Holder License Plate Concealment Boxes are designed to be mounted to a wall by securing through the back with 2 screws into a wall stud or into dry wall anchors. These come complete with detailed mounting instructions, two (2) screws and two (2) dry wall anchors. At a minimum you will need a Phillips Screw Driver to mount your License Plate Concealment Box.
