Urethane Finger board mold 1230.

Description: This is a Brand-new GATOR GM1230, Finger Board Mold! These mold where design by me back in 2011. Now it looks like everyone has something similar. we use the Best urethane out there. we have been making molds for over 20 years. This mold has locating arms on each end to help put the mold together. The arms also help in alignment of the mold every time. 1230 mold has a 30 degree kick/tail angle Gator GM 1200 series These molds are made of a high strength urethane (Plastic Resin) that is way tougher than a Bondo© mold. Really the only mold tougher then our molds is a metal mold. All Gator molds are Tougher then any Competitor out there (Except metal molds) and very smooth. This mold comes with two mold halves. each mold half has a locator arm and a grove on it. to line the halves up straight every time. The mold also has to holes at each end to catch extra glue. There is a plastic skateboard template to help you locate where the holes need to be drilled. It also comes with complete instructions to get you up and running quickly. overall Dimensions 6" (150mm) long and 1 1/4" (32mm) wide. There is 1/4 inch flat spot on these babies, with high concave. You can put a 5" long piece of Veneer/wood in this mold. The decks in the picture do not come with the mold, but were made with a GM1200 series mold. You can make your own custom decks!
