Description: Pioneer DJM-400 Cross-fader Assembly - UPGRADED TYPE (replaces DWX2523) This is for ONE nbspares UPGRADE cross-fader assembly, suitable for the Pioneer DJM-400 Mixer. (Replaces Pioneer Part Number: DWX2523). This is a custom-made assembly, designed in-house by nbspares. Our FR-4 PCB uses plated through holes to provide superior connections to the components which are far stronger and more robust than single-sided pads which can easily become damaged should the control ever need to be replaced. The control itself is a high-quality component sourced from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), but also features an integral dust-cover, to help prevent ingression of dust and debris which can cause premature failure of the control, leading to crackling audio, or no audio at all. The control features a light and smooth operation. The small white connector is a direct fit to the original plug to provide a seamless and simple installation. The assembly is very easy to replace, only a Philips screwdriver is needed. No soldering is required. It simply plugs and screws in place of the original item. The original screws, faceplate and knob can all be reused. Please Note: This WILL NOT FIT the later DJM-450MK2, nor any other model in the Pioneer range.
